Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was totally impressed with the staff's great attitude. They welcomed me warmly and were super friendly.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was able to relax during my appointment here. I was very comfortable the entire time. The doctor was very good. He listened to me very carefully, explained to me my options and his approach and the best path of treatment.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional, because they made sure that their qualifications were obvious. They are easy to reach in an emergency; even on days when the doctor is at a different location I'm able to speak with the nurse practitioner on premises. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

I will tell you one thing only: Dr. Witten really spends quality time with the patient: he listens, he asks questions to the point, he cares, and he explains things. He makes you feel confident, he makes you feel better. I like him!
