I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

Whenever I have called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. When I mention a concern to the doctor, he indicates it isn't a concern at all. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I am agonizing over whether or not to change doctors since Dr Mueller doesn't discuss anything with me nor does he give me the feeling that he cares very much. If I knew of another doctor, I would change but am afraid of jumping from the frying pan into the fire. I'll keep looking.
