Do NOT go to this doctor. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. The staff was rude, and the office told me my entire bill would be covered by my health insurance, except for the copay. It turned out that some of the simple equipment they used for me was owned by Baylor, so I ended up being charged separately by Baylor. No one wanted to help me, and i paid almost $500 out of pocket. I'd call the office to discuss it, and no one would pick up most of the time. When I DID get through, the staff was so unsympathetic and rude.

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit?
Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
