Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. I loved how easy it was to find a parking spot at their office. Not only did I find one right away, I found a spot right next to the entrance. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I will absolutely be going back to see them. For the first time, I’m hopeful that I’ll be able to make progress in my recovery. Dr Mark Malone is amazing the whole staff is. he has not only saved my grandmothers life numerous times but now he has saved my mothers also.. i will always be greatfull to him and his staff

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

The whole staff is wonderful. Dr. Malone has been caring for my adult son for at least 6-7 years. We've never had to wait more than a few mins. past appt. time, except once when he was called to an emergency, we had to wait 35 mins. The office was very apologetic, but Dr's get called to emergencies, so I was really only annoyed with the other patients in the office that were complaining about having to wait. Dr. Malone takes the time to listen to concerns and we never felt rushed out of the office. I've rarely had to call the office with a concern, but the staff, or the Dr. always gets back to me in a reasonable amount of time.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
