1) front desk is nice
2) many locations
Cons
1) owner trains all therapists in Myo. They push it hard. They aren’t competent like a devoted Myo provider. They’ll do Myo for ten years. No results. Other things are as or more important. If you want good Myo go to a specialist but they will not take insurance. My copay was very high here anyway
2) they switch therapists if yours is unavailable. Some therapists are bad with little kids. Find a good one good luck getting a slot. Complain about it and get nowhere. Owner is not a people person.
3) kid didn’t like going which is bad. Likes his school therapy
4) waiting area is horrible. Inadequate books toys. Very often therapist not ready on time. Overall not a punctual practice

Seems more like cash cow to get money over helping kids. Not a warm place.

I wish I could give them negative stars! Worst speech provider ever!!!! If you call the office and ask how much they charge for 30 min session out of pocket, they say $65. I decided to go through insurance and they billed $400-$500 per 30 min session! They never send you a bill in time so by the time you get your bill.. you are stunned! Every time you ask for a bill they said they have system issues! And I finally got a bill a year later! Insurance fraud!!! And my son has not improved one bit! They have dummies working in their billing department.. can’t trust they have decent therapists! I should have read the reviews before going. Rookie mistake!

this agency is fantastic! I began bringing my son here when he started elementary school and they decreased his speech services at school. His speech therapist Nicole was fantastic and helped me to fight the school district when they again tried to decrease his speech services in district.
Their reports are spot on and his improvement is fantastic!
My daughter now attends for similar speech issues and in a matter of 6 weeks has made fantastic progress!
I would highly recommend this agency and their fantastic staff!

Avoid this place at all costs! Took my child here for over 20 sessions. Not only did they not help my child with speech but they are insurance scammers. They charged my insurance and then billed me for thousands in fees. In 20 sessions never once did someone say I owed anything. Once I stopped taking my child I rec'd an astronomical bill. If I owed money I should have been told even in the first 5 visits. I was never informed of any monies owed. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Both my children have been coming to the speech office for months & have made such great progress! We have seen multiple therapists and have no complaints of any we have seen yet. The front office is always so pleasant as well and great us with a smile & engage with the kids as well, which is very nice. They have such a nice atmosphere and my kids actually look forward to going to speech & seeing everyone there!

Check your EOB. We didn't receive any bills from this office until after we discontinued services. This office billed us for evaluations and tests that were never performed or authorized. All of which we're billed during a 25 minute session. No reports were presented to us at any point in time. Insurance fraud?
