Glad my family Dr. sent me to Dr. Lovelady. I have had good care from him. He is a good doctor, and it is good to have him in the community.

My family doctor recommended Dr. Lovelady and my neighbor who works in the OR told me to insist on seeing Dr. Lovelady only when I called for an appointment. He fit me in the same day after I got off work. I am scheduled to have an EGD because I have had a flare up of my reflux after many years. I know he will come up with the right treatment this guy is very thorough and people at the hospital tell me he is a very good Dr. My neighbor who works in the OR said I should leave a review for him so that other people in the community will know how good he is and I am happy to leave a good review and happy to have a good resource locally.

Dr. Lovelady took good care of me this doctor knows his stuff. I have recommended him to two of my neighbors and they have reported appreciating his care is well and thanked me for sharing this information with them.

I saw Dr. Lovelady in the hopsital after being admitted trough the emergency room. The care he gave me in the hopspital was well beyond my expectations and the entire hospital experience was a pleasant surprise. I followed up with him in the office after I was discharged and truthfully he deserves better than that. He is an experienced, knowledgeable physician, but the office staff and the office itself are substandard. The nurse was professional and her area was organized but I am glad I came to know Dr. Lovelady through the hospital otherwise I may not have given him a second look and gone elsewhere. He is a good doctor.

I went to Dr. Lovelady for a Hernia repair. I was in much discomfort and the hernia was affecting my ability to go to the bathroom. I have had the hernia for years but as it was affecting my health I had to have it repaired. Dr. Lovelady took time to give me an overall exam, and then focused much attention to my hernia. He tried to see if he could adjust it in the office. He said sometimes the pain can be minimized and in my case I needed a cardiac clearance so I was glad he could give me some immediate relief while I went and had my cardiac evaluation. I was given clearance and then Dr. Lovelady's office scheduled me for surgery. The last thing I remember is the anesthesia nurse telling me I would awake refreshed from a good sleep, which I did. I immediately felt 100% better, a little sore but nowhere near the trouble I had because of the hernia. When Dr. Lovelady came in after surgery to see me he had already been to talk to my wife and daughter. I thanked him right away because I didn't realize how much pain I was in before, even my breathing was easier an hour after surgery. My wife told me he sat with her and walked her through the surgery to make sure she understood my procedure, and what he found and how he did the repair. She said because he sat with her instead of standing with one foot out the door she felt like he was really interested in her questions and made sure she was well informed. I was glad he explained it to her because I was a little fuzzy when he first came to see me. She told me all about it in the hospital and it was the same thing he told me the next morning. I could have been realeased but because the surgery took place later in the day, my heart condition and my advanced age they wanted to watch me overnight. I was very pleased with the care I got in the hospital. Even the food was good. Dr. Lovelady came the next morning to work me up for release and made an appontment for my follow up. I recommend Dr. Lovelady 100%. I know he works for the hospital and so I can't blame him for his office. It isn't dirty but it is very old and worn, and maybe a little dirty. A doctor this good should have a decent office space. I know the hospital has troubles but they need to realize the people who do good work and give them the tools to give better service to the community.

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered.
