Having visited Dr. Solani many times, he's always been very informative and willing to answer questions.

The problem is he overbooks, resulting in long waiting times. His admin staff is quite simply rude and discourteous. They apparently believe an appointment time is like a lottery ticket--IOW, if you have an appointment, it means they get to decide when and if you see the doctor.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. My main gripe is wating for the doctor. Most times the wait is at least an hour or longer. I'm glad I don't have to see him on a regular basis.

They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. I was very uncomfortable with the amount of foul language they used. I wish they had been more professional. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all.
