They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. Dr. Francis Clark reminds me of my Family Doctor when I was a child. He is very engaging with a kind, caring, wonderful bedside manner. He has been taking care of my older relatives for 20 years for al sorts of eye problems, incuding cataracts, glaucoma, and macular degeneration. He is always very gentle, with excellent surgical skills. I would recommend him to anyone...and I have.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

As a nurse I wanted to find the best cataract surgeon for my mother. I asked several surgery centers in the area, and they all mentioned Dr. Clark as their best eye surgeon. I did my homework and asked the surgical nurses that work with the doctors in surgery, all recommended Dr. Clark. He has operated on several family members and friends, all with great results. Not only is he a great surgeon, but he is very gentle and kind, very humble with a wonderful bedside manner that you don't see anymore. I recommend him to everyone!
