I didn't get any further than her office staff. Very unprofessional and rude. I was referred to her office with an urgent referal. The woman who answered the phone said they don't offer "urgent appointments" and the soonest I could be seen was in about 2 months from now. Their office may be the only one in town that excepts my insurance, but I will drive out of town to see another urologist. The office staff is very poor on customer service. I, too, am in the healthcare field and we would be out of business if we treated patients they way I was treated.

No, they didn't even attempt to explain
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
