This Dr, was the rudest doctor I have ever met. Her bedside manners were horrible. She literally rolled her eyes when I spoke. Im not sure if it was because I had medi-cal insurance, or I just annoyed her. She did no exams, and basically told me to suck it up in regards to my pain level. I left there in tears, and I was very upset. I looked forward to that appointment for a long time because I heard she was a great doctor. Maybe she was having a bad day, Im not sure, but I would not refer her to anyone.

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Never, they are very reliable.

Yes, extremely spacious

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule.
