I loved that they took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment's risks and benefits. I felt much more confident going into treatment. I've never had any other doctor give me better advice. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The magazines were not very interesting.

Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

No. I still haven't talked to them.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I've never met a more attentive doctor anywhere else. They listened carefully to all my input and addressed all my concerns. I've never met a more attentive doctor. They always give me their undivided attention.

Over the last 4 years, Dr. Stern's accurate diagnosis of my condition and maintenance plan has succeeded in spectacular fashion, where 4 other specialists have failed. Dr. Stern never fails to bring to my attention any advances in science and pharmacology that may be integrated with his current plan for me. I'll be crying bitter tears on that day in the distant future when he retires. Outstanding physician! R.

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I loved how attentive and caring they were the entire time I was there. They didn't leave me unattended. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
