They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

Definitely not. They are against using anything except prescription drugs

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

No, they take every concern of mine seriously
Did this rheumatologist prominently display their diplomas or business license?
No, I never saw one
