Their equipment is some of the most advanced I've ever seen. It was obvious they had invested a lot in it. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I've never met a more attentive doctor anywhere else. They listened carefully to all my input and addressed all my concerns. They always return my phone calls within the same day, it's fantastic. I've never had to wait more than 24 hours. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

I moved to Virginia in 1998 and he helped me find a physician here to continue my care. I have fibromyalgia and Dr Lowenstein was the first person who didn't treat me like a nut case. He listens and cares.
