She walked into the room and rolled her eyes at me and sat down and started the most Dr and Patient interview I've ever experienced. I stood up after 10 mins and left. She wouldn't rate a 1 to me. Wouldnt let me submit if I didn't at least leave her a 1.

took the time to listen, when no one else would. ordered a lot of blood tests and also x-rays for me, that other doctors pushed under the rug.

I have seen her twice within a couple months and that was too many times. In the exam room, it felt like it was monotone. I did not feel any type of caring, sympathy, empathy, concern, or interest. She seemed more interested in looking at the laptop than at me and my facial emotions. I felt like I was just another routine patient that has had RA for years instead of being treated as a newly diagnosed RA patient who knows nothing about the illness. Every patient is different and should be treated as such.
