The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I'm absolutely going to be recommending them to all my friends and family. I think everyone I know should know about this place. I've never met a more attentive doctor anywhere else. They listened carefully to all my input and addressed all my concerns. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.

Last time I was there which wasn't for a good while because he said just to come back if i got worse. Well my condition got worse so i went back he did not even examine me and told me to get a prescription from my family doctor and that is about all he did. Poor service.

He sent me to get steroid shots from another doctor and then when the shots did not help he told me he could not do anything because he said I was under the care of a "pain management doctor" KNOWING I wasn't as the doctor who gave me the shots said and he told me if Dr. Kim said that to me I should find another doctor. His assistant was VERY helpful but there was only so much she could do and he only saw me ONCE the 1st visit then he had her see me the rest of the time. terrible experience. he simply did not care.
