This is Dr Marcus responding to 6/18/2014 review:

We're sorry you feel this way. In fact, many of our patients report the opposite. The only part of this review that contains accuracy is that our waiting room chairs were not very comfortable; however, we recently replaced them. All of our other equipment is in good condition and works well. For instance, we have an excellent new bone densitometer, a well-equipped infusion suite, and a compact portable ultrasound machine. Furthermore, rheumatology practice is not very dependent on equipment or procedures. The most important part of our practice is listening to and examining patients. Both my nurse practitioner, Ann Beezley, and I are very skilled at this.

With that being said, we're sorry if you found our services and the physical attributes of our office lacking. We wish you luck in finding a place more to your liking and wish you the best of luck with your care.
