very pleased by Dr. Namvar. I never had any bad experience with this doctor, he is very knowledgeable and caring, definitely recommend him.

The worst experience of my life. I had (perhaps still have) ingrown toenails which were and still are extremely painful. After three follow-up appointments, where this "doctor" cuts the nails shorter than I could ever possibly hope to achieve without specialized equipment (which, is in itself painful enough to make me scream) they continue to give me trouble. Every time I go in, I ask how long it's going to be before the pain is gone and how long it will be until I can wear closed toed shoes (it's now been over 9 - yes, that's right - NINE months), I get no answers. It has gotten to be so bad, the last time I was there I asked if the nails shouldn't just be removed, and he said "well, no, they would ooze a little" ... at this point, I'm ready to take a chainsaw and cut off my toes to relieve the pain. I will NEVER go back to this "doctor" again. Awful.

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and sweet.
