Run away, or limp away if you can't run! Dr. Drake prescribed 2 medications that according to my records I could not take. His front desk receptionist took my X-rays with no protection over me. The doctor was totally insulting during the visit. In addition, he spoke about my case and other people's cases with the door open so the whole office could hear.

. There was lots of available parking at their office. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. 4 weeks to get an appiontment is crazy i told them i will find another provider

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. only in office in Menifee on Tuesday and Thursday ...staff seams to be inconvenienced by questions or concerns...actually rude! Dr gave contradicting feedback after 2 visits...not recommended! Paperwork or requests such as xray copies take extra long to get even though I went to Menifee office everything seams to filter through Hemet.

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Their equipment was really impressive; safe, up-to-date, and well taken care of. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
