Dr. Barton took time to explain the issue in easy to understand language, but doesn't talk down to you. He is very personable, and easy to get along with, and takes time to answer your questions. And what I liked most is that his treatment philosophy was to try the conservative options first (not recommending surgery until other treatment avenues were tried). The staff is attentive and very friendly. Overall, a fantastic experience.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They are nice to work with but some times we have a wait to get back to the doctor.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
