I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
