My friend went to this doctor and was very upset after the visit. The doctor had eight of us in one room. He was late and on the phone for the first appointment time. He took care of the first person without gloves or conversation then left the room for almost half an hour. He repeated the process with two others and then arrived to take care of me. There was no privacy, no conversation. He injected me without swabing the foot area first. He did not wear gloves. His appearance was disheveled and he looked dirty and spacy.

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications.

I read the comments and expected one thing and got a big surprise.. The place was a dump and the staff was rude. I didn't stay to see the doctor. A bit of good advice. Go sit in the waiting room a couple of minutes a day or two before your appointment date and judge for yourself. It will not cost anything but a little bit of your time. This is always a good idea.

The office was easy to find, however, the wait time was astronomical. The treatments were like cattle calls...10 people or more to a room all waiting for the same treatment with only 2 treatment machines. Staffing was below optimal...in fact, Dr. Cohen's daughter was brought in from business office to provide treatments...with no qualifications or training. Staff talked about each other and about Dr. Cohen in front of patients. Very unprofessional. Injections were given to ALL ... on one occassion I had to get a second shot because Dr. Cohen gave me the first one in the wrong location. He had no idea what treatment I was getting. Every appointment was like he was meeting me for the first time and I went there for months!! I will NEVER go back there.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Dr. Cohen did surgery on my left foot for a bunion, a tailors bunion and broke a couple of my toes that were crooked i am so satisfied with the work that Dr. Cohen did my foot looks great and now i can't wait for it to heal so that i can have my right foot done. Thank you so much Dr. Cohen for the great job you did. I will encourage everyone i lnow to see Dr. Cohen.

I am 7 1/2 months pregnant and have been having problems with my ankle and foot being sore and hard for me to walk. I made appointment to see him and was taking great care of. He is an excellent doctor and has great chair-side manners and cares a great deal for his patients. His staff is extremely friendly and quick to help with whatever you need. I would def. recommend him to anyone.

I was apprehensive about seeing a podiatrist, so for my first visit, I chose Dr. Cohen. When I called to make an appointment, it was set within 5 days. The initial consult was surprisingly very comfortable! The office was very easy to locate and the staff was friendly. Dr. Cohen was attentive and listened to me about the symptoms I was having. I am confident that he has true concern about his patients because he had my best interest at heart. I think he could sense that I was a whimp. He diagnosed my problem, performed a bunionectomy, and I recuperated very well with the therapeutic treatments that were convernieniently located in his office. I honestly recommend anyone that need a podiatrist to Dr. Edward Cohen; he really is "The Foot Specialist."
