Their staff is very friendly and professional. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

Actually have had a great experience with dr lyndes son dr Michael lynde who did my partners foot surgery , dr m lynde amputated off dying toes and so far so good .. Foot stump looks good , no complications. I'm also an APRN so I know medical and surgical well ... The office is terrific the staff great .. I will say when we needed dr w lynde to call us back , he did not call us back , we needed to talk to him as he was on call for his son ,, no call back nothing but he did manage to talk to the er docs although they didn't understand him at first so it was a difficult time at st Mary's er to say the least .. We asked to talk to him and NOTHiNg .. I hate a dr who dosent want to talk to a patient regarding a problem... Anyway this report is about his son dr Michael lynde who has been terrific !! Sorry dad you didn't call us back when we needed to talk , to me that's bad practice ... I will say Lilly at the newtown office is terrific too.. Ill follow up if any problems etc , yours Phil Nalbone and Thomas clay .

This provider does not care about the patients and it shows in his attitude. The girls at the reception desk are nice (1 start in rating is for them), but the doctor is completely disinterested in wellbeing of a patient. He shows zero care. All he cares about is how to rip off the next customer coming through the door and make money. He makes and sells custom insoles that don't help the patient whatsoever. Find a more caring professional.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
