The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
