The doctor is very good. He did my surgery with excellent results. He's also a very upbeat and friendly guy. He communicates well and explains everything thoroughly. I had another problem that took him awhile to solve but he finally did. The office staff, on the other hand, can be rude at times and difficult to deal with.

Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
