Used this facility twice: once under the prior owners in 2009, and again under Edward Lee's staff, in 2018.

Easy to make appointment due to great hours -including evenings, great parking, and wonderful staff.

Very knowledgeable. Identified my "sciatica" as a central spine issue, rather than peripheral. Both times they were helpful, instructive, and patient. With a doctor's script they processed insurance. Plan to return if I need to in the future!

I was in an accident where I was told I would never walk again. I was a very active dancer, runner, and hiker prior to the accident. After 9 months of therapy with my regular medical plan I could walk very slowly but was not able to get back to normal. The doctors and insurance offered surgery that I refused. I started coming here. In 4 months I was power walking, 6 months jogging...maybe not far but I was. They stuck with me until I could dance again. Since then I've climbed multiple 14ers, run 5ks, danced, etc.

There is no instant miracle pill for recovering from an accident as severe as I had. It took years to get to a point where there was no evidence of the accident on the xrays...

Thanks to Ed Lee and his team I could get there.

The place is just a little too busy. When you're lucky, it's great. When you are unlucky, you get distracted staff who are working with more than one client at a time or you cannot get an appointment. I just called and was told there were exactly two appointments available in the next week.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible
Did this rehabilitation specialist ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
