The doctors are great!!! The front desk people are rude. Need new front desk people. JoAnn is just plain out rude. Need some classes on how to treat the clients when they check in

Great doctor, good nurses. Horrible front desk staff! They are rude, not friendly or helpful at all, act like you are a bother to them. I recommend that they attend some type of anger management class or a class on being positive in the work place.

The doctors are amazing, but the front desk staff were very rude. Didn't seem like they wanted to be there, or be bothered. I would give 5 stars if they got new front desk staff. I too work at a doctors office and we pride ourselves on being patient with patience. This is the only thing I would change.

The Doctors are great, but the office staff...not so much. They are flat, have no personalities, and act like you are a bother to them. They barely make eye contact with you. The last time I was there, my stomach was in knots because of the woman at the front desk, but I bit my tongue. This upcoming visit will be our last visit there solely because of the receptionist staff.

I love the doctors at Pediatric Partners. However, the girls that are up front especially JoAnn are very rude and disrespectful! They make it almost unbearable to go there anymore and that is so sad considering I went there as a child myself. I gave this practice two stars only because of the upfront staff. :(

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.

All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there. There were a few times during the appointment that I felt like they were ridiculing me a little bit for some of my parenting opinions and I didn't appreciate it. It wasn't too bad, but I still felt uncomfortable because other pediatricians seem to understand that my child can be a vegetarian and still have a balanced diet. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.
