They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. My son has an issue that requires a specialist in DC and Dr. Miller's staff always sees him right away when they know he is having problems. They work very closely with my sons specialist from childrens whenever his condition flares up and I really really appreciate that. .

****BUT**** the billing department is awful. It is ran by Mrs. Miller and if your child has any issues that they may be hospitalized for your bill will be messed up and it will take you months to get it corrected. My child was hospitalized four separate times and every bill was incorrect, the insurance company refused to pay each of the four times and Dr. Millers billing staff only 'were able to correct the issue' after my insurance company contacted them verbally and told them what they were doing wrong when they were billing my child's hospital stay....ALL four times....

No problems with the ER bill or the actual hospital bill, just problems with Dr. Millers bill and we only have these problems when my son is hospitalized, not for office visits.

Other than the hospital stay billing issues, the office and staff are great.
