went in for 2 simple check ups and was there for 2 1/2 hours! I had already filled out the paper work ahead of time and was not happy they wanted me to sign a paper waiving my right to take them to court should malpractice happen. they also accused me of over feeding my kids. I was not happy with that at all. also they couldn't keep paper work straight and waited 20 minutes for shots when a nurse came in and started acting like we hadn't been seen yet. I will not be taking my kids back cause my kids height and weight are porportional! they are taller than most kids thus weight more than other kids their age.

All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest. They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health. I really didn't like that they didn't have separate "sick" and "well" areas for the kids in the waiting room. I thought it was very inconsiderate of them.

I have been taking by children to her office for over 8 years. I would recommend her to my friends. SHe is very concerned about children and there health. I wound not take mychild to any other dr in town /... Super Happy mom
