Dr. Sergis is amazing! She is so caring, kind and compassionate. She is genuinely concerned about her patients and spends that extra quality time to really listen. You never feel rushed! She goes above and beyond every visit and has a real gift for practicing medicine. She is smart and up to date with all the recent medical reviews. She is always on top of her lab test results and referrals. She is incredible not only to her patients but to the parents as well! She values your parental insight/instinct and is very real both as a doctor and a parent herself. She is the best!!!!

Dr. Sergis is a warm and knowledgeable pediatrician who genuinely cares for her patients. She listens to your concerns and empowers the parents to take care of the childrens' needs. Her nurse Desiree is also very patient despite fussy little patients.
We recommend the doctor very highly.

Dr. Laura is a great doctor but she needs to get more feedbacks from parents regarding her staff. The ladies at the front are not trained to tell us what medication to give to our toddlers. It is VERY difficult for the doctor to call me when I leave messages. My daughter had fevers for almost a week and saw the NP. She was not good with kids and her bed manner was a bit off. I love Dr. Sergis but her staff is horrible.

Let me just start by saying that Dr. Sergis is a wonderful young, energetic doctor who genuinely cares about her patients. Unfortunately that is the only nice thing I can say about the practice.

The receptionist at the first visit seemed very kind. But after we were already signed on patients, it seemed like we were in some kind of beauraucratic nightmare. The nurses who saw our baby were cold and apathetic, handling our newborn rougher than any parent would. Whenever we called in to ask questions, we had to jump through hoops just to be able to talk to Dr. Sergis, who was very patient talking to us.

But that was just when we were able to actually reach a nurse. After one particularly bad fever, we called in after hours one day, left a message with the receptionist and was never returned a phone call. We called in several times the next day only to get the response that there was no message. On top of the attitude of their nursing staff was cold and unapologetic. Needless to say, we were appalled.

We have since changed pediatricians, by no fault of Dr. Sergis. But this is the kicker... we have tried many times to contact Dr. Sergis to thank her for the care that she has given and to tell her that her staff needs improvement... but we can't! We are also intercepted by the "front desk police" refusing us to even give any comments to Dr. Sergis. Hopefully, she reads this one day and understands why we left.
