My kids loved Dr. Berstein, so I was not happy when he closed his practice. I did not warm up to Dr. Sonal Subbu at first, but my kids loved her right away. She talks directly to them and asks them questions, and only looks to me for verification or clarification. We have been going to her office for more than 2 years now, and I have come to appreciate her bedside manner. She cares about my kids and can take care of their medical needs - that is what really matters to me.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

No. I still haven't talked to them.

Not satisfied, but not unhappy
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
