Dr Wodicka has been wonderful with our entire family. She has helped us get to the source of our problem with an open heart and an understanding of exactly what the problem was. out family will continue to see her regularly.

Been using Dr Zatz for my twins for over three years now and couldn't ask for a better Dr. I recall my first interaction with him was an emergency call placed to him on a weekend before my children even went into the office to see him. He called back right away and after introductions, eased us through how best to handle our situation. As a new parent, this was huge to me. His staff has always been friendly and helpful, readily offering their insight and support. Dr. Zatz's demeanor is always cool, calm and collected. If you want a doctor for your children you can trust, he's your guy!!!

They mixed up a strep test with poor labeling and didn't follow up for a further test , which then developed into scarlet fever leading to multiple days off school & the whole family getting sick. I eventually had to change Dr.s in order to get antibiotics . Even though I called saying my son had been sick for a week and had now developed a rash all over his body. They showed no interest or concern what so ever.
Although the office is clean and welcoming the staff are often indiscreet & can be heard discussing patients. It's a small town & therefore not hard to work out who they're talking about.
The way he takes notes and records visits and treatment is a joke. I'm pretty sure they bill for a Dr's visit when you see the nurse. Who by the way cares more about her shoes than her patients.
I've moved around the world a bit with my kids & this is the only time I have been irate enough to go online an complain.

Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
