I was really shocked to even read the negative remarks. This staff was so kindd and respectful. I had the MBB a couple of times with Drr. Luntz and he and his staff were excellent! I had one Nurse rubbing my back though out the entire procedure. The Dr. Spent a great deal of positive. Time with me before and after my procedures. He got it right..right to the penny..i could not lift my. Head before the MBB but within seconds after the procedure i was walking up right, smiling, nodding my head! He knows what hes doing and i will do whatever he tells me to because thus far he is the only Dr. That managed to make me pain free.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

I wasn't sure what to expect visiting a pain physician, but Dr. Lutz was extremely helpful and I am currently pain-free! If my pain comes back, I will definitely go back!

Went to see Lutz for a spinal epidural. He lied to me and told me I needed to have branch blocks or the insurance would not cover it. This was a lie. Against my request and my Dr's order, he was steering me into Radio Frequency tx (cost exceeds $10,000) After the branch block I learned what he was doing and complained and stopped tx prior to the RF tx so I avoided the major cost. I'm still getting bills from him for almost $2000. The epidural I was supposed to get would have cost me around $100 after insurance. No one will help me. MN Med Board doesn't care, BBB won't touch it. He sold my name to a collection agency. Do not trust him!
