I'm a skeptic and don't like going to the doctor. My blood pressure even goes. white coat syndrome. But here I was treated as special. Everyone listened to me and my concerns. I look forward to going back for check ups. Yep the dreaded surfers ear plugged me up, couldn't put it off any longer. Dr. Carol Jackson fixed that with a laser and look, no incisions! No more problems and it was affordable and smooth. They know surfers!!! Dad got his hi tech hearing aids there too at the best price and service.

I could tell from the first call Ear Balance Center had exactly whats needed for mom's spells of dizzy vertigo and hard of hearing ears. Carol Jackson MD is the caring intelligent doctor you always want in a clean professional establishment for your parents. Everybody there is nice. We learn more about ears and gyroscopes every time we go. Top of the the charts for quality. It came highly recommended by doctors and people we trust. My husband got his surfers ears lasered out and said he should have gone years ago. Mom's hearing aids made such an improvement now she smiles but not to cover up for not hearing, my stubborn dad got some and now they go dancing again. We never thought we'd see that. It's the greatest and Dr. House's legacy in Orange County.

Michaela who invented negatives must have been the crazed person I saw there last summer escorted out by security, screaming about Jesus Christ, had just done the same in the eye office next door, yelling about getting money and not even a patient there or at they eye place. Looney tunes. It always smells and looks fresh and clean. Someone posted about an odor must not have bathed themselves. Anyways, all our family and friends and even our doctors and Hoag nurses go to the Ear and Balance Clinic and Dr. Carol Jackson for everything ears. I had surgery for a tumor and dizziness then fantastic teenie hearing aids. My brother had his surfers ears completely fixed, no problems. They always dealt with our plan to keep our out of pocket costs we felt were very fair and reasonable. It's the kind of place you want to interrupt strangers you hear talking about their ear problems to tell them to go here.

I was so impressed with the relief I got from vertigo and staggering around. It was all in my inner ear which Dr. Jackson figured out using the latest technology when other doctors couldn't. I was cured with a blend of medicines. My questions were taken seriously and answered thoughtfully. My future is bright and I love life again. More than once I've highly recommended Dr. Jackson and the Ear Balance Clinic to my friends and people I've met. They are the best of the best! They explained all the risks and benefits of my options at every step and I knew I was in the right place fo my ears and dizzies. It was easy to get an appointment. When you call you talk to a real person who cares. No automated menus. They always go above and beyond to help me with what I need.

Voted top ear doctor otologist in Orange County beach cities and voted into Best Doctors in America by other doctors! My doctor himself treats with Dr. Carol Jackson. His whole family does so it's only natural he sent me to Ear and Balance Institute and Dr. Carol Jackson. My doctor got his almost invisible hearing aids there and says go to the best when your ears need surgery or medicine. The better half's dizziness and ear fullness got cured, my brother's surfer's ears are fixed. I sent our neighbor who had acoustic neuroma inner ear tumor after gamma that Dr. Carol Jackson removed. It's gone now forever with no worries.
