I went to Dr. Levine because I had fluid in my ear. My regular doctor referred dr. Levine to me because she had found fluid behind my eardrum. Dr. Brett Levine was 20 minutes late and introduced himself as he was finishing his food that he was chewing. He gave me three prescriptions and sold me a nasal spray in his office. he said I could have tubes if the prescriptions did not work. Well, they did not work and I was back in his office a months later. He suggested another set of prescription, tubes and he wanted to schedule a CT. I opted out of all his advice and I listened to myself...I bought Claritin and I no longer have fluid or headaches. I feel for anyone who experiences this !treatment. Dr. Levine is arrogant and wants his conversations to be one way. Avoid him and you will save money, time and anger!!! Good Luck!

They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. because I had to wait for over an hour . The doctor didnt care at all about my time.

I never even got to see the Dr. because the staff booked my appointment for the wrong day. I made my appointment by phone, and made it for my birthday. I even discussed with the receptionist that it was on my birthday. I hired a babysitter, got to the appointment 5 minutes late and they told me my appointment was the following week. I know that I did not forget which day my birthday is! They did NOT apologize and told me I couldn't see the doctor unless someone else didn't show up. They actually expected me to sit there for hours just to see if there was a no show. And I cannot overstate how rude they were. They blamed it on my being 5 minutes late - that would not have made any difference! I will not return there and will tell anyone I can about this very negative experience. I will also complain to my insurance company - I'm sure they have other complaints about this office. Hopefully they will drop them.
