Dr. Downs was very thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and put my mind at more ease by telling me everything to expect. He was very honest and didn't sugarcoat things. I appreciated that!

They nurse paid close attention to me. The doctor was a pusher of surgery who did thoroughly explain why we should do the procedure. Their staff is very friendly and professional. The office was easy enough to find.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
