They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The doctor and staff made every effort to make me feel welcome. They are so friendly and nice-great people. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
