They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

Dr. Cross was the best I'd seen, up to that point. I'd had one provider just dismiss my blown-out eardrum as nothing, saying it would heal quickly. Well, it didn't. I continued to suffer from symptoms, blood, and pain with it. When I saw Dr. Cross, he was compassionate and seemed to immediately have a plan for me. Although I did not continue my care with him (as I had moved a distance away), I feel confident that he would have solved the issue given time. He did one surgery that helped, but as it turns out my ear needed more help. He referred me to Dr. Wayne Shaia in Richmond, who turned out to be great also. This guy is the real deal. Even if you have to wait a while, it will be worth it. Doctors who spend time with their patients also might tend to be behind... I always remembered that the time I spent waiting for him, he was really helping somebody else. Don't begrudge that time! And if I haven't convinced you, consider this... I've spent a lot of frustrating time trying to get copies of my medical records. Even though they had to mail it to me, Dr. Cross's office was the first to get the required forms to me. And the farthest away.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. I wish they had been a little more professional. They diagnosed my condition after a long wait.Neighborhood was nice and I am not usually scared as I carry a weapon when I am out and about. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I don't feel any pressure to buy products. Side note: they don't answer the phone or work well with follow ups.
