Dr. Foyt did my second Cochlear implant surgery.

I remain totally stunned and exceptionally pleased that he was able to do this surgery within TWO WEEKS of my initial office appointment as I recall at this time at Albany Medical Center.

My previous surgeon in Syracuse NY had effectively strung me out for 12 YEARS denying me this medical advance!

Dr. Foyt and his Audiologist Dr. Lisa Artino have provided me with OUTSTANDING medical treatment and care! They are truly wonderful, efficient and very proficient in their respective services.

I cannot BE more complimentary!

Started with my PCP, who just kept saying my ear was plugged for 4 months, went to Saratoga ENT (highly raved) only to wait in sit area for 45 mins, to be seen for 5 mins, and laughed at with no outcome! Went to Dr. Foyt and his team.... BEST CHOICE EVER!! He immediately listened to me and ran tests instead of the guessing/process of elimination game. Found I had an extremely rare tumor in my middle ear. He opted I should wait for surgery (they're known to be benign.) I opted for immediate removal, and again, Dr. Foyt listened to me! Had the surgery in February....success! He thoroughly explained everything to me, never laughed at me, he answered any/all questions I had...and trust me, I had many! Wait time to get in from sit room has never been more than 15 minutes. I highly recommend Dr. Foyt to anyone! Everyone in his team there are just great. Due to comment I read on a review, I have to make note that Michael, the male nurse, is da-bomb-diggy! Don't listen to that banter. Really, I just cannot say enough :-) It's not my first time going through Albany Med and it most definitely will not be last! LOVE THEM.

Only complaint is his male nurse should have chosen another profession. He lacks all interacting skills when it comes to patients.

I was VERY happy with Dr. Foyt. Only 4 stars due to the nurse.

This Doctor will not listen to you, you may as well be a plastic dummy, He never investigated what another Doctor found in both my ears, a buildup of skin and neomycin drops (they gave me contact dermatitis). He has no empathy and it's hard to rate his skill since he never used it. Thank heaven I found another Doctor.
