they need to answer the phone. You could be holding for past 20 min.
and when you tell Dr. about it he tells you he doesn't know why.

I cannot believe the last review. My family had a great experience with Dr. Grosso. He was very patient with us and thoroughly explained all the procedures he was going to perform. All our questions were answered. He was very gentle and thorough. I would HIGHLY recommended Dr. Grosso.

DO NOT GO TO DR. GROSSO!!! I had the WORST experience of my LIFE with him. I am NOT exaggerating. He was extremely rude, shoved an instrument into my ear without telling me first, and shoved it in so far, that I had tears in my eyes, then proceeded to turn the chair around fast toward him when he was finished. I told him that he hurt me with the instrument in my ear becuase he was in such a rush, and his response was "Some patients need a little more hand holding and sensitivity. I am not one of those doctors." I left there in tears. I will continue to post this on ohter sites as well because I feel SO strongly about this. Other people rave about him, but there are others who agree with me as well. DO NOT GO!! :(

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
