I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
