The visit was very very BAD. Dr. Lalwani is not professional at all and it look him less than 5 minutes to see me. He didn't explain the issue carefully and got quickly frustrated when I asked him questions. Overall, I felt very rushed and forced to just sign paperwork without any care for my concerns and issues. Negligent doctor.

My mom is completely Deaf after getting surgery from doctor lalwani. First he promised that it is one of the easiest surgery and that my mom will be able to hear better from what she was able to hear. She did go through the surgery and now she is completely DEAF. But most importantly Doctor Lalwani does not seem to care and didn't even feel sorry. I just feel terrible for recommending him to my mom who is now Completely DEAF. Please dont make the same mistake I
was somewhat disappointed at their unresponsiveness. They definitely didn't answer all of my questions during our appointment. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. I have warned everyone I know to avoid this ENT doctor. Nothing good will come from going here! I couldn't believe how long it took them to get back to me with my test results. I had to call them several times just to get someone to talk to me. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
