Dr. Koch is an excellent oncologist in every sense. He is available for questions and fully focused at each appointment. His expertise is evident in his awareness of new treatments the time he spends in study. He is a compassionate and caring doctor; a man of faith.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.
