I saw him at the Van Nuys office because of availability. The office personnel belittled me by making me repeat after her the instructions she had given me. Only to find out that she ordered a referral from my insurance company with with a different lab and address. If I had not looked over the referral my insurance company would not have paid for the expensive procedure that was performed. She also gave me incorrect information in regards to my diet before prodecure
