Dr. Stein was the worst doctor I've ever been to (and I've been to many). After seeing me for only a short time (about 10 minutes?), he disagreed with the diagnosis and advice of my regular doctor and of a national expert on my condition (to whom I'd been referred by my regular doctor and who conducted a very extensive evaluation of my condition).

The worst part was that, instead of discussing why he disagreed with the other doctors I'd seen (or, e.g., calling my regular doctor to discuss why he disagreed with the expert), he mocked both my regular doctor and me. He was extremely unprofessional. He did not answer my questions (and, instead mocked me for not just accepting what he said) and seemed unwilling to consider other options/opinions or even contemplate the possibility that his diagnosis and treatment plan might not be the best for me.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.
