I have a slight case of Arnold Chiari Malformation. He doesn't listen and has a horrible beside manner. As does some of his staff. He sent me on a wasted trip to a Neurosurgeon who when I went didn't know why I came since my meds control my problem. Since I went to an associate in the office of who he wanted me to see and not the one he made such a big deal about me seeing I have no choice but to wonder what SHE would of said about surgery. Oh yeah, and he withheld my medications until I went. Needless to say I didn't go back for the meds or anything else. Sounds fishy to me.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of.
