Last time I went to see him for my appointment he didn't do anything but ask three questions then escorted me out of the office. Then the police showed up before I could leave the parking lot and I was threatened with arrest if I didn't immediately leave. Dr. Winkley had apparently figured out somehow that I was homeless, because the cop immediately was saying that they got a call that a homeless woman was refusing to leave. Of course he billed Medicaid for the visit anyway. So, he refused to treat me but got paid by taxpayers for it anyway and tried to have me arrested because he didn't want to treat a homeless woman. In the four years I saw him he never even helped me anyway. My migraines are worse than they ever were. Dr. Winkley is an unprofessional bigot.

I just want to let everyone know that Dr.J. Winkley and his Staff, have been extremely patient with me. I was lead to believe that I needed a motorized wheel chair (different then motorized scooter) that was donated to me due to my inoperable back pain, butt and ladder problems, the pressure from being in the scooter all day was putting me at risk for sores. My only releaf was to stay in bed all day but I do not want that yet. I have had multiple sclerosis for almost 20 yr now and I'm not getting better. I have taken the A,B,& C, medication"s but Dr. Winkley wants to try a new pill form of medication. "AUBAGIO" . I am truly excited. I feel like he has not given up on "ME" and his staff has gone beyond the call of duty. With Sincere Thanks to YA ALL,

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.
