They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. also he lied over pain pill laws said it was the dea's laws and when i asked around i found out the truth! :(

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
