Hart give patients no time, doesn't look at you, doesn't seem to care. Staff are cold.

I accompanied a friend with a serious condition. Dr. Hart and his staff have been totally compassionate and caring. They go out of their way to call back when I have questions or concerns, understand the challenges of the illness, and when my friend wasn't progressing as expected he referred to a subspecialist. He is an advocate!

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They really did an outstanding job making sure every single question I had was answered thoroughly and completely. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
