I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

The office was very nice - the front office staff in particular is very kind and efficient. I could tell from other patients who had come in & out that they deal with some alzheimers patients, and was pleased with the level of compassion shown.

It's a very small office, but very efficient - I was also pleased with not having to call my pharmacy & doctor back and forth when a script didn't make it in. Diana (front office) took ownership and fixed it.

I had a terrifying experience related to new migraines and the treatments Dr. Khan suggested worked well. Diana commented on how much happier I looked on my follow-up visit (a nice personal touch). Dr. Khan probably could be a little more personable, but he wasn't terrible and he didn't necessarily rush me or anything. I think because I had just gotten out of a hospital stay (the pain was so severe and nothing was touching it the ER feared a brain bleed), I was a little sensitive/needed a more sensitive first appointment. I didn't have the same feeling the second time when I was doing better.

Most importantly, the combination of treatments has worked without fail, and he was sensitive to, and heard out my concerns, about too much medication, etc.

I also know that I can count on the support staff to do a superlative job on anything required of them, which is a big deal.
