The office staff has much to be desired, although my care by Dr Glasman was wonderful He is very personable and knew exactly what was causing my trouble and it was treated and corrected in a matter of weeks. I have had no problems for almost 2 years. I have great trust in Dr. Glasman and recommend him without reservation.

I called the office last week to get a refill for my migraine prescription. I checked with the pharmacy 5 days later and no refills had been called in. I left another message yesterday and still no refill was authorized. I called the office again today and was told they could not authorize any refills since it had been over a year since my last exam. I asked why I wasn't told that before and they said they hadn't had time to return all the prescription calls yet. My current insurance expires today-Dec. 31 and my new policy is not in place yet so I have no insurance after today. They were of no help and now I have no options if I run out of pills.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
